PALAPA is a development of 4 boutique casitas located in the beautiful town of San Pancho, Nayarit, just 12-min walking to the beach. We offer a place to relax and introspection.

In the facilites there are 4 casitas, the shared areas are: the pool and the deck. Please note our pool is not heated.

Each one of the casitas has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom located in the upper floor and in the first floor you can find a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, fridge, pans etc. We have a small living room with sofa bed and the TV and WiFi!

You will have access to the entire casita, every Villa has its own private access. Pool (not heated) and deck are shared spaces. One parking space first come first serve. Enjoy!

San Pancho is a small town that has preserved its rural essence. Designated as the Cultural Heart of Nayarit, here one can still enjoy the serenity of old Mexico, where people have time to chat; yet San Pancho also offers a Community Center with local cultural events, a Children's Circus, a world-class Polo Club, an Arts Collective, a thriving local music scene including an annual Music Festival, and an abundance of excellent restaurants offering local fare and international cuisine. Right now there is a construction close to the casitas so some level of noise during the day is expected.

San Pancho is a small Mexican town full of noises of roosters, dogs, parties, etc. that comes with the town and is part of Mexico's unique charm.

!!! Please be aware that during the summer the storms, rain and strong wind can result in power outages in San Pancho... which means no electricity, no A.C and no induction grill (as it works with electricity).
